Take 421 South out of Boone. Take 421 Business to the left at the last stop light ( just beyond Taco Bell). Follow 421 Business until the 4th stop light. Turn right into the Medical Park.

Take 268 South out of Elkin. Follow to the intersection of Sparta Rd. (18 North) and Hwy 268. Make a left at the light to continue on Hwy 268. Follow curve to the right, 268 turns into Hwy 18 (B St/Main St) continue to the light at the “T'” intersection and make a right hand turn onto CBD loop. Merge to the left lane and make a left turn at next light onto D St. At the 3rd light make a left into the Medical Park.

Take 18 South to N. Wilkesboro. Stay on 18 South until it becomes Main St. Continue to the light at the “T” intersection and make a right hand turn onto CBD loop. Merge to left lane and make left turn at next light onto D St. At the 3rd light make a left turn into the Medical Park.

Take 115 North out of Statesville. Take right entrance onto 421 North toward Boone at light. At next light on 421 North take a right onto 421 Business. Follow Business 421 until you come to the 4th light. Take a right into the Medical Park.

Take 16 North out of Taylorsville. 16 North will become 16/18 North. Take 421 North toward Boone at the entrance to the left. At the first light on 421 North take a right onto 421 Business. Follow Business 421 until you come to the 4th light, take a right into the Medical Park.
