Patient Services is a secure area provided by Boone Regional Ear, Nose & Throat Associates, LLC to help make your first and subsequent visits to our clinic an easy, no-hassle experience. This section enhances the patient-physician relationship by giving you 24 hour access to patient specific instructions and communication tools.


If you need assistance, please do not hesitate to call our office.



New Patients can fill out surveys on-line that would
normally have to be done in the office.

If you are a new patient, please fill out the patient information
survey.

Existing Patients can request a patient id and
password by filling out the appropriate survey.

Thereafter, non-urgent prescription refills can be
requested.
